Take out all your clothes and try them on. Work out how they go together and see how many outfits you can make. Get rid of any items that do not fit, that are worn or out of date. Don’t try to imitate the style of someone you admire. Identify your good and bad areas and try to minimise problems by accentuating your good points. If you feel you need to lose weight, draw attention to your face and hair, take extra care with makeup. Look at your proportions and try and balance them – shorter people look better in blocks of colour than lots of patterns.
